Having worked in heavy engineering and metal fabrication in the North West of England for many years, I slowly noticed a general deterioration in my hearing over a number of years. I eventually discovered that this loss could be due to my former employment working with grinders and drills on a daily basis.

WE Solicitors represent the family of Kenneth Wildman, a victim of asbestos cancer who tragically died 7th August 2007 after a painful battle with his illness. His daughter Gillian is now seeking justice and needs your help. Ken Wildman worked at Royal George Mill for RR Whitehead and Bros Ltd (later Bury Cooper Whitehead Ltd) as a Fitter and later at Chargehand/ Forman in the Maintenance Department during the 1960s/ 1970s. He came into contact with asbestos that lagged steam pipes and boilers whilst performing his duties.
